Terms of Service

You must provide accurate account and billing information and are responsible for activity under your account. You confirm you have the authority to enter this agreement on behalf of your business and to provide the access and information required for setup.

Plans that include implementation carry a one-time setup fee covering the configuration, website work and onboarding described in your selected package. Setup begins after we receive the required content, access and approvals. Timelines depend on project scope and client responsiveness.

Recurring subscriptions are billed monthly unless your agreement states otherwise. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Pricing, included features, implementation limits and any minimum commitment are described on our Pricing page and confirmed in your subscription agreement.

One-time setup fees and recurring subscription prices are charged separately where applicable. The setup fee is generally not re-charged on a single completed checkout; retrying an abandoned checkout does not duplicate the setup charge.

Phone, SMS, email delivery, AI generation and certain third-party services may incur additional charges or be subject to plan allowances. Any included allowance, overage rate or billing method is disclosed in your plan terms. We do not promise unlimited infrastructure, usage or agency labor.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including sending unsolicited or non-compliant marketing messages, storing or transmitting information in violation of applicable law, or attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the services. You are responsible for ensuring your lists and campaigns have the appropriate legal basis.

Your agreement defines ownership of customer-provided assets, commissioned deliverables, licensed materials and platform-dependent components. We will explain any hosting, portability or migration limitations before work begins. Revisions are included within the limits of your selected website package; additional work may be quoted separately.

Cancellation follows your subscription agreement, which specifies how to submit a request, the effective date and what happens to hosted websites, data and integrations after cancellation. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. We disclose what can be exported, what requires migration or rebuilding, and any associated costs before you sign up.

The platform is provided to help you manage marketing and follow-up. We do not guarantee specific sales, revenue or business results. AI features may produce incomplete or inaccurate output and require testing, monitoring and human escalation for important conversations.

We may update these Terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be noted by the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
